Don’t Remain a Tadpole

Watch us Relocate from England to Thailand

Don’t Remain A Tadpole- Try and Try Again.

Leaving England to travel and live in South East Asia has been on our agenda for some time, in 2013 we decided to go for it!

This meant giving up all our homely possessions, including a few sentimental items, homely possessions was easy, sentimental a lot harder to do, but we did it RRRRiiiibbbiiiiitttt…!

We are aiming to document our adventures on this blog and add in things that will benefit our readers, new suggestions always welcomed, so why not participate, don’t worry we don’t bite.

We also want to share our endeavors in becoming digital nomads and learning new things such as photography, building this site and how we always manage to keep a positive attitude when things get yucky.

Come Along And Watch us:

As we relocate from England to Thailand to become Digital Nomads! Watch us as we jump out of our comfort zone and into a tuk tuk like the one in the picture below, take some risks and set new goals.

Get back on track after being knocked down and why set backs can actually make you stronger.

Watch us build this site, write reviews about our travel gear and anything else that might be useful to you.

We are under no illusion that our journey is going to be tough, we also believe that it will be rewarding.

DRAT Philosophy: Happiness From Within is Stimulating. Learning is Interesting. Being Knowledgeable is Exciting and Rewarding

Clear the deck of all those useless emails that you receive each day promising you untold riches with very little effort.

If you want to enjoy life, you have to learn new skills, which means investing time.

For example lets say that you want to make an income online, many people try to do this to help them pay their bills, while they’re still carrying on with their day job.

The majority of people that fall within this category will give up because they will say “I just haven’t got the time!

If you get out of bed earlier than usual, create a study plan for your objectives and get yourself organized you will obtain new skills and you will succeed.

And Finally

We have been a fan of this video for some time, and yes we are nuts, but then again you need nuts! (or should that read balls) in this world to make a difference.

Many people are afraid that they are going to be judged unfavorably if they try to do something different.

Look at us and this site, I know that some of our friends will think that we have lost the plot, but who cares if they think we look silly, we are doing this for ourselves and others who may have the same aspirations.

When you find a lone nut doing something great, have the guts to be the first person to stand up and join in.

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. Thomas A. Edison

Don’t forget as this site is still in the early stages of metamorphosis we can chop and change so if you want us to add a new topic to the site let us know.

I completely agree with the philosophy of this post! People stay far too long in jobs and situations that they don’t like, just trying to make money or create stability. Umm, you only live once! There’s a whole world out there and endless opportunities — make the most of them!

Glad you guys followed your hearts:)

We come into this world and are told that we have to: Get educated, get a job, get married, have kids etc. Now don’t get us wrong these are not bad things to do, but there are alternative ways to achieve them as you rightly say “There’s a whole world of endless opportunities”

Wow! Moving up the street or across town is hard enough. I can’t imagine picking up and going halfway across the world. Incredible! Glad everything went ok. I’m a big fan of your site.
